Injection Molding Process & Material Excellence
1. Materials (HDPE / PP): Made from 100% new impact-resistant engineering plastics through injection molding, it has excellent impact resistance.
2. Reinforced structure with ribs: The box body is reinforced with ribs on all four sides, bottom and side handles, making it pressure resistant, drop resistant and not easily deformed.
3. Precision mold forming: The product surface is smooth and burr-free, the hinge rotates smoothly, and the structural components fit together perfectly.
